PEKANBARU – The official distributor of Mitsubishi Fuso commercial vehicles in Indonesia, PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB), kicked off 2025 by opening the 18th 24-hour standby workshop at the PT DIPO Internasional Pahala Otomotif Pekanbaru dealer.

In order to support the operations of consumer vehicles with high mobility, Mitsubishi Fuso is taking a calculated move with this inauguration to enhance and broaden after-sales services in Pekanbaru and the surrounding regions.

Located on Jl. SM Amin No.1 Simpang Baru, Pekanbaru, this workshop is located in a strategic area which is the main distribution route from Aceh to Lampung, or what is known as Trans Sumatra. Apart from that, this location is also surrounded by main business sectors, such as logistics, mining, energy (petroleum), and palm oil, which further strengthens the importance of the existence of this workshop for industry players.

This 24 Hour Standby Workshop is here as a solution for consumers who need vehicle repair services outside regular working hours. With facilities built on an area of 4,333 m², this workshop is equipped with 5 service stalls capable of serving up to 10 trucks every day. There are also rest rooms and shower rooms for drivers waiting for their vehicles to be repaired.

Mitsubishi Fuso also has a Mobile Workshop Service unit that is prepared to deliver post-purchase assistance straight to customers' operational areas, particularly for those in emergency situations.

In addition, PT DIPO Internasional Pahala Otomotif Pekanbaru is offering attractive offers to commemorate this inauguration, such as ervice discounts of up to 15% and discounts of up to 20% for spare parts including oil, grease, petrol, and brakes, along with a variety of eye-catching mementos.
